Summer is here!

​Our current class schedule runs on Saturdays and Sundays throughout July and August. 

NOTE: 

  • Saturday Flyer & Flex has MOVED to 5-6pm.

  • Added Handsprings Class SAT 4-5pm

  • Added Foundations Class SAT 5-6pm

  • Added Flyer & Flex class Sunday 12-1pm

  • MORE OPEN GYMS & CLINICS coming!

July events!

a month full of training!

This July, we’re bringing the heat with a full lineup of clinics, open workouts, and specialty training sessions to keep athletes growing all summer long!

From high-energy tumbling with Coach John Thompson to focused stunting clinics with the Hofstra Cheerleaders, every event is designed to sharpen skills and build confidence. Plus, our structured Open Workouts offer guided time to train stunts, jumps, dance, and tumbling at your own pace.
